Return Policy / Refund / Warranty / Guarantee / Exchange

Fairco guarantees the quality and safety of all of its goods. The goods are, therefore, covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if present).

Fairco assigns and passes through to the customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and the customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only against the manufacturer of the products. All items sold through Fairco are sold in an "as-is" is condition i.e. as per manufacturers packing etc.

Should any of these items prove defective, do not function or function improperly in any way following their purchase, Fairco shall get the product repaired/replaced by the manufacturer. Any defective items must be reported within 3 working days from the time you receive your goods. Failure to report an item within this period will result in you not being able to claim the item as a manufacturing defect.

Defective or returned items will be collected the second working day if claimed before 13:00PM and It will be returned in the same day if available in stock. A period of 1 to 3 days is needed to order and return back out of stock items (free of charge).

Items that are not available anymore will be refunded, all claims should be done within 3 days of purchase and the invoice is needed.

All writing instruments, paints, electronics, computer accessories and ink cartridges are not returned or exchanged unless originally defected, they should be claimed in the same day after purchased.

Stamps are not exchanged or refunded under any condition.
